Martha Lake’s Storied History and Why We’re Proud to Serve the Martha Lake Community
Martha Lake is a census-designated place (CDP) in Snohomish County, WA. The area was likely named after Martha Loughridge, the wife of William Loughridge, who owned a 318-acre homestead near the lake.
After European settlers arrived in the late 19th century, the area became known for logging, with many logging camps dotting the area in the early 1900s. These logging camps boosted the area’s population into the hundreds, but many people settled temporarily.
However, Martha Lake’s population grew steadily over the years, and as of 2000, there were about 12,600 people residing in the area. As the demand for housing has grown in the area, so have residents’ plumbing needs.
At Fast Plumbing and Drain, we proudly offer Martha Lake residents tailored plumbing solutions that preserve the integrity of homes in the area.
