Your Unspoken Concerns

We get it – we’re consumers too

You’re about to make an investment, and you’re about to take a leap of faith that the vendor will actual deliver what has been promised. Since we’re sincere with our customer service and satisfaction, we’re able to have conversations with customers that connect.  Here are the most common concerns that come up, and what we do to assuage those concerns.

hidden Fees

Hidden fees

It seems like we’ve all encountered unexpected, and questionable, fees on a credit card statement, a telephone bill, or the monthly cable bill.  We provide full and transparent pricing up-front.  This means you receive a detailed break down of costs, including equipment, installation, labor, permits, and additional services.  We provide a clear quote, and then stick to it.

Over Charged

Will be overcharged

We understand how no one wants to pay more than necessary.  We don’t promise the cheapest price – we do promise the best value.  The combination of our service, quality of equipment, installation promised, and warranty, we offer a combined package providing value for your dollar.  We’re able to stand up to quotes from multiple vendors, because when the value of  total package is considered, we come out at the top.

Subpar

Subpar installation

Let’s provide an example here.  We’ve seen other vendors whose instructions come from watching YouTube videos.  For Fast Plumbing and Drain, our training comes in class upon equipment with instructors straight from the vendor.  This is why we’re able to offer warranties, because we can back up the quality of our installation services.

Will Use Poor Quality Parts To Save On Costs

Will use poor quality parts to save on costs

Nope, not us.  We use quality parts providing reliable service.  Our vendors are proven pros who back up their own equipment with warranties.

Clock

Will show up late, or not at all

The only variable in our appointment time is how bad the traffic is on the drive to your place.  We’re not some dodgy vendor operating out of the back of his truck.  We’ve been in business since 1986.

Will Take The Money And Run

Will take the money and run

This is every consumer’s worst nightmare, of writing a check and getting nothing in return.  We’ve been in business for four decades now.  We’re bonded, so we can back up our promise of work with a financial guarantee.

Will Not Be Around For Repairs

Will not be around for repairs

Here’s a quick story.  We’ve fixed plumbing issues for new home owners starting a family.  We’ve seen their children grow up.  When those children purchase their own home and they encounter plumbing issues, they’ve picked up the telephone and called us again.  We’ve been around long enough for second generation installations.  We’ll continue to be around for whatever plumbing needs of yours come up.

Unlisinced

Is unlicensed

Yep, you see these semi-shady folks providing quotes that are a little too good to be true.  Then, you wonder what corners they’re cutting to achieve that low price – which includes not reporting the business to the state.  We’ve been license for decades.  You can look up our license number with the state right now, license numbers FASTWWH948BC and FASTWWH79901.

Will accidentally damage my house

Yep, we’ve seen the results of careless installations by less-worthy contractors, such as scratched floors, dinged walls, and scratched furniture, so we understand why people have this worry.  This is an overused phrase, but we treat your house like ours.  This means we wear booties so we don’t track in dirt, we pad and wrap the equipment when moving about your house, and clean up properly.  We understand the pride homeowners take in their environment, and honor that.

Informed

Communication?  Will I be informed of progress?

No one likes surprises or absence of information to be left guessing.  We communicate all pertinent information to a channel and cadence that suits your desires.  If anything, we over communicate.

Will the plumber understand my requirements?

We’ve had instance we’re we’ve spent more time in exploration and conversation with the customer, than on the actual installation itself.  A plumbing system that doesn’t meet your needs is a loss for both of us.  To successfully solve a problem, developing a clear understanding of that problem becomes half of the solution.  Therefore, we will spend the bulk of our time making sure we understand your house and what you want.

Will I get a worthy warranty?

Yes!  We don’t install low-quality system, nor do we bother with equipment vendors that can’t back up their own products.  Each specific warranty depends upon the job.  Our typical warranty is a full year on workmanship.

If I need to file a warranty claim, will they hassle me?

First, because of the quality of our installation and equipment, it’s rare that a warranty claim comes up.  However, we understand that in the real world, not everything goes perfectly every time.  Therefore, since we never want a customer to be disappointed with their equipment over its lifetime of operation, we perform a warranty claim with the same joy as when we first installed or fixed your plumbing component.

Where Your Needs Come First

Through this, we hope it comes through that we’re sincere in our desire to provide you a plumbing system that meets your needs, provides value, and leave you smiling when we’re done.
